Terms of Service
These terms apply to every order placed on ashfordandhale.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
ashfordandhale.co.uk is an online retail store selling bags and totes to customers in the United Kingdom.
The store is owned by AEPGEM Global LLC, company registration number 2026-001959877, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. AEPGEM Global LLC is the seller of all goods sold through this website and is the party you enter into a contract with when you place an order.
This website is operated by Logos Ecom LLC, which is responsible for website operations, digital marketing and advertising.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AEPGEM Global LLC trading as Ashford & Hale. You can contact us at any time at info@ashfordandhale.co.uk.
2. Who can place an order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. We supply consumers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Dimensions are approximate and minor variations between individual items can occur, particularly with woven and natural fabrics. Items shown alongside a product in a photograph are not included unless the description states otherwise.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any tax that applies. Delivery is charged separately at £5.00 per order and is added at checkout, so the total you pay is the price of the items plus the delivery charge.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. How the contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. The acknowledgement email we send confirms that we have received your order but does not accept it. A contract between you and AEPGEM Global LLC is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.
If we are unable to supply an item, for example because it is out of stock, we will inform you and refund any amount you have paid.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order and is collected by AEPGEM Global LLC as the seller. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you provided.
8. Returns, cancellation and refunds
Your right to cancel, to return an item and to receive a refund is set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy sets out both our 30 day commercial returns window and your separate statutory rights.
9. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for private and domestic use.
We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and where the delay is substantial you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
12. Use of this website
The content of this website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email info@ashfordandhale.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those published on this page at the time you placed it.
